Theme
The Design tab themes the whole form: ten template presets from light to dark, custom accent/background/text colors (with a contrast warning), ten font families previewed in place (modern sans, serif, rounded and mono voices) and an S/M/L type scale. The live preview is the real respondent renderer.
Logo
Upload your own logo under Design → Logo and it appears at the top of the form on every screen. Place it left, center or right and drag the size slider to scale it. Embeds skip the logo. The page you embed into carries its own branding.
Display modes
- Scroll: the classic single page.
- Paginated: pages split at page breaks, with per-page validation and a progress bar.
- One per page: every question is its own card-style screen with a Back/Next bar; headings introduce the next question, statements stand alone.
- Conversational: Typeform-style: numbered questions in large type directly on the page, an inline OK button, auto-advance on choices and ratings, A/B/C keyboard picks, Enter to continue.
Questions layout
In scroll mode, questions render as one list on a shared card (default) or as separate cards. Switch under Design → Questions.
