databooq

Responses and exports

Three views

  • Summary: per-question aggregates: choice bars, rating averages, a grid heatmap with per-cell respondent popovers.
  • Individual: one response at a time, with in-place editing (owners can even over-book a full slot deliberately).
  • Table: spreadsheet view with sorting, search and bulk actions.

Funnel analytics

The Summary tab opens with a funnel: Views to Started to Completed, so you can see where a form leaks. A per-question abandonment bar shows which question people stop on.

Google Sheets live sync

Connect a Google Sheet from the card at the top of the Responses tab. databooq creates a fresh spreadsheet named after your form with a header row, then appends a row for every completed response, and another row when a respondent edits theirs. Once connected the button turns green and opens the sheet in one click; Disconnect stops the sync and leaves the spreadsheet and its rows in your Google Drive.

Exports

Export everything as CSV, XLSX, JSON or a formatted PDF, or export a single response as PDF from the Individual view.

Capacity-aware deletion

Deleting a response releases any seats it held; live counters update instantly for everyone via WebSockets.

Respondent editing

With “allow editing after submit” enabled, confirmation emails carry an edit link. Seats are swapped atomically when a respondent changes their slot, with the same no-oversell guarantee.
