Every account has a personal workspace: private to you. Create additional workspaces from the sidebar switcher to collaborate: everyone in a workspace sees and edits all of its forms.
Inviting people
Open Members & invites from the workspace switcher and enter email addresses. Invitees receive a join link; they need a (free) databooq account to accept.
Roles
- Owner: the workspace creator: invites and removes members, renames the workspace.
- Member: full access to the workspace’s forms and responses; can leave at any time.
Forms always belong to exactly one workspace: the one active when they were created. Duplicating a form keeps it in the same workspace.
